This leading, busy corporate team boasts impressive corporate/M & A, commercial and equity capital markets work. This is a new role directly under a down to earth and highly respected partner in a strong team.

The law firm has continued to thrive and is attracting continued ongoing work of the highest calibre. Enjoy working on a wide range of high level corporate and general commercial work including broad M & A – joint-ventures, takeovers, and some international work including off-shore capital raisings. The firm is looking for an outgoing mid level or Senior Associate level lawyer who can now or in the future be held out to clients as the front-person in deals. You will enjoy being exposed at the coal-face of transactions, and you will benefit from having an excellent team of more junior lawyers under you. The firm is happy to consider lawyers from top or strong mid-tier environments.
