Role
This career defining role will appeal to high calibre restructuring/insolvency lawyers. Ideally you will have 4-7 years’ PAE gained at a leading firm. You may already be at Senior Associate level, or on the cusp of promotion and experiencing road blocks at your current firm. Working across a highly respected partner in this space, you will be exposed to global and domestic, complex restructuring and insolvency matters. The partner’s practice has a focus on advisory and transactional capacities in the special situations, corporate restructuring and distressed M&A space. They regularly oversees dispute resolution processes, and conduct appellate and superior court litigation, including in respect of schemes of company arrangement. 

Commercially savvy, with the ability to build strong client relationships, you will also possess top notch drafting skills and the ability to supervise junior lawyers. You are seeking a career enhancing role in a collegiate team with excellent career prospects.
