This is a fantastic opportunity for a 3-8 year PAE employment lawyer to join a  highly rated and collegiate employment team at a national mid-tier. Role
The team is hugely collegiate and tight knit. The Partners are highly regarded, commercial and provide both autonomy over your own matters, and the mentorship required to develop your career. The role offers high end advisory and litigation matters. You will become a pivotal member of this high performing team and become involved in the whole gamut of workplace relations matters for their predominately corporate and government clients.

You will be involved with the following:

  • Providing legal support to Partners on matters relating to employment law and industrial relation matters
  • Demonstrating a thorough understanding of complex legal concepts, and creatively applying legal knowledge to client situations to provide solutions to problems.
  • Draft legal documents, advices and handling multiple matters at any one time.
  • Maintain high level of communication with clients regarding progress of matters.
  • Consistently making quality decisions on client matters and consulting others when appropriate.
  • Managing your own time and, where appropriate, the time of others on client matters, and developing and implementing effective strategies to maximise performance on those matters.
  • Discovery of documents and preparation of lists of documents.
