Senior Associate – Mergers, Acquisitions & Commercial
Job Description
The Position
Due to significant growth, our expert Mergers Acquisitions & Commercial (MAC) team are looking to recruit a star Senior Associate to join their close-knit and successful team.
Some of the work the team currently undertakes includes non-standard property transactions i.e., development management agreements, JV agreements, project delivery assignments, capital raising for start-ups, IP, shareholder agreements, M&A private scale, corporate structuring advice, shopping centre deals.
Reporting to the Divisional Partner who’s also a Director of the Firm, the position is based in our new state-of-the-art Sydney CBD office and offers enormous potential for personal and professional growth, and access to an abundance of support and expertise within our organisation.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 4- 6 years’ legal experience PQE
- Property and leasing experience
- Strong research and analysis skills with an ability to apply critical thinking
- Dedication to providing excellence in client services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and flexible approach
- Capacity to be self-managed and be self-motivated
- Ideally from a reputable firm or notable boutique
