YOUR NEW ROLE
An exciting opportunity exists for a lawyer with property or litigation experience reporting directly to a senior partner. You will be part of an expanding team and have a minimum of 2 years post admission experience. The role will involve:
- A mixture of litigious and transactional work
- All areas of property law with a focus on strata law
- Advice work
- Building contracts
- Building defects
- NCAT and Supreme Court litigation
- By-laws
- Easements

- A minimum of 2 years post admission experience with property or litigation experience
