A well established and a highly regarded law firm, with an excellent reputation, JS Mueller & Co Lawyers has been specialising in strata law and property law for over 40 years.

YOUR NEW ROLE

An exciting opportunity exists for a lawyer with property or litigation experience reporting directly to a senior partner. You will be part of an expanding team and have a minimum of 2 years post admission experience. The role will involve:

  • A mixture of litigious and transactional work
  • All areas of property law with a focus on strata law
  • Advice work
  • Building contracts
  • Building defects
  • NCAT and Supreme Court litigation
  • By-laws
  • Easements
