Together with his colleagues he has roles for lawyers with 3-8 years of post admission experience in high-end corporate/M & A/commercial, and also with tax and regulatory matters impacting asset managers, investment funds, banks, administrators, family offices and high net worth individuals.
Enjoy commercial transactional banking / finance, funds, and/or corporate work. You will work on a wide range of legal issues while sustaining excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients. The work on offer is broad, interesting, and often high profile.
You will enjoy getting to the core of issues, debating & negotiating difficult situations in a tactful way being conscious of the effects your decisions may have on a business.
