Skills & responsibilities
You will be a Banking & Finance lawyer at the Senior Associate level.
Your new role
Will see you undertake complex banking, structured finance, project finance and restructuring work.
The partner you will work with specialises in bespoke structured debt financing and has substantial experience and particular expertise in energy, natural resources and infrastructure project finance, corporate finance, real estate finance, debt restructuring and workouts, and leveraged and acquisition finance.
Your transactions will often feature cross-border multi-tiered multi-sourced debt and equity funding.
