As a growing law firm, Clinch Long Woodbridge has just undertaken a fresh new fit-out and is ready to take on new staff to build a leading boutique practice.
Our committed and innovate approach to our clients and staff is based on the principles of building strong relationships and developing and supporting our staff. We are now in search of an ambitious Commercial Lawyer to work in our busy and highly regarded Commercial Law team. If you are highly motivated and have strong attention to detail, then this opportunity may be the one for you.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- 3-5 years post admission experience in commercial matters
- a strong work ethic excellent verbal and written communications skills
- a mature, friendly, approachable, down-to-earth demeanour
- an ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
You will be working with a team of Partners, Senior Associates and Solicitors that handle a wide variety of commercial and property matters.
What you will be working on:
- Drafting and reviewing a wide variety of commercial agreements
- Sale and purchase of businesses, including sales and purchases of pharmacies
- Commercial, retail and industrial leasing
- Preparing, negotiating, and transacting on large scale commercial and project real estate contracts.
