Skills & responsibilities
You will be a competition lawyer who has top-tier experience who has an interest in both global and cross jurisdictional work, with strong experience in regulation.
The role
Will see you provide practical advice on mergers, cartels and exclusive dealing with knowledge of Parts XIC and IIA of the Competition and Consumer Act. Advise on access to regulated infrastructure across a range of industries, including telecoms, media, ports, airports, rail, electricity and gas.
