Skills & experience

You will be competition litigation lawyer at the Special Counsel level who would like to act for some of Australia’s major corporations undertaking top-tier work in a mid-tier setting.

Your role

Act for your clients on all aspects of complex and consumer law including applications for merger clearances to the ACCC (as part of global mergers), ACCC investigations and disputes.  Appear in specialist tribunals including the Australian Competition Tribunal, as well New South Wales Courts and Federal Court.
