Job Description

With a working knowledge of the Home Building Act, 1989 (NSW) you will be able to undertake either front-end or back-end work; Syd CBD/WFH 2-3 days;

  • Generation X Partners
  • Generation X Partners
  • WFH 2-3 days per week

Skills & Responsibilities

You will be a Construction Lawyer at Associate and/or Senior Associate level.

Your new role

Work with two Partners who do not take themselves too seriously and enjoy a life outside of private practice.  As a skilled litigator you will act in arbitrations, mediations and expert determinations.   

Alternatively, if you would prefer front-end work only, this can also be accommodated.  As such, you will have a working knowledge of the Home Building Act, 1989 (NSW) and the Building & Construction Industry Security for Payment Act, 1999 (NSW).
