Skills & experience

You will be a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer at Associate level.

Your new role

You will have a generalist commercial advisory background. 

Develop effective commercial policies and procedures, undertake contract negotiations and commercial transactions, with a particular knowledge of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) (PPSA) and expertise in insolvency issues.  Act on behalf of subsidiaries of multinationals, large commercial enterprises, SMEs, public companies or government agencies.  Regularly be called upon to advise directors on their duties, manage mergers and acquisitions, resolve high level commercial disputes, determine business structures and assist in dealing with Director Penalty Notices (DPN) and Creditor’s Statutory Demands.
