You will be a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer at Senior Associate level, and you would have been in this position for three (3) years.
Your new role
Will see you specialise in acquisitions and sales of businesses and companies, automotive, banking and financial services, Personal Property Securities
and Commercial Property. Act for major automotive dealers in Australia in acquisitions and sales of motor dealerships and also in the provision of advice with respect to operational legal issues, corporate compliance, commercial property transactions and consumer related compliance.
Your practice will also include business structuring and succession, buying and selling of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, commercial leases, financing, negotiating and drafting contracts both for local and international use and corporate and commercial advisory work over a range of industries.
