Working closely with highly regarded, dynamic and respected senior partners you will be given significant autonomy and the chance to interact directly with clients.
Work on corporate mining, petroleum and natural resources law and provide advice in relation to acquisitions and divestments, project development, joint venture structuring and related issues, offtake agreements (including gas sale and transportation agreements) and construction and procurement contracts.
This premier team advises both mining and oil & gas companies, and clients include publicly listed and private companies who operate throughout the full project cycle from exploration and development to production and beyond. The team prides itself on its commercially driven approach
