Our client
We represent Australia’s leading multi-disciplinary Corporate practice. The practice group regularly acts for and advises many ASX 100 entities and leading multinationals.
The role
The role will see you playing a key role alongside a Chambers Global Partner in a close-knit team across public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures, foreign investment and general corporate advice.
You
You will be a 4+ PAE corporate lawyer with solid corporate/commercial experience gained within a large team or high end boutique practice. You are self-motivated and entrepreneurial with honed technical and drafting skills.
