To be successful in this role it is envisaged that the suitable candidates will be self-motivated and highly organised with ideally 1-3yrs PQE experience with Employment Law.
Joining their close knit employment law team, the suitable candidate will be working closely with a highly esteemed Partner and 2 Senior Lawyers and their high quality clients.
Some of the matters in this role will include:-
- termination and dismissals;
- employment contracts;
- dispute resolution;
- discrimination and equal opportunity;
- enterprise bargaining;
- OH&S Advice;
- restructuring, downsizing and outsourcing;
- workplace policies and training.
The successful candidate will have:-
- Experience with Employment Law
- A genuine client ‘service’ attitude.
- Excellent communication & time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and well developed drafting skills.
- Ability to multi task and manage competing priorities.
- Be able to work autonomously and as an integral team player.
