Skills & responsibilities
You will be an Environment & Planning Lawyer at the Senior Associate level.
Your role
Will see you working with a wide range of clients including developers, property trusts, councils and state government. There is a good blend of Land & Environment Court litigation (where you can appear as Advocate) and advisory work. You will of course have familiarity with Land & Environment Court litigation, planning appeals, enforcement (civil and criminal), advice work and understanding Local Government.
Enjoy supervising and training juniors.
