About this opportunity…
Able to ‘hit the ground running’, as a key player in this team you will further develop your expertise across a range of the more complex family law issues for private clients, typically in matters pertaining to:
- Family & Relationship Law
- Property & Financial Matters
- Divorce
- Family Violence & Intervention Orders
- Asset Protection & Financial Agreements
- Child Support
- Spousal Maintenance
- Same Sex Relationships
- Defacto Relationships
About you…
The ideal candidate will have:-
- Worked exclusively in Family law (eg. 3-5 years pae) within a recognised family law practice or team of a larger firm;
- Be a self-starter with an inclusive, pro-active team approach;
- Highly developed communication skills (at all levels) with a strong focus on client service;
- Ability to effectively manage a busy caseload and competing priorities; and
- Eager to share knowledge, building your career & contributing to practice development.
