Our client
Our client is a national firm with a market leading FinTech practice that regularly advises on security offerings, fundraising, licensing and regulatory matters as well as commercial contracting including supply and software agreements.
The role
The role will see you working with a renowned partner in the FinTech space across capital raising, software agreements, digital currency related work, financial services, Blockchain advice and some litigious work.
You
You will be a 2-4 PAE lawyer with experience across corporate/commercial matters, M&A and financial services with an interest in FinTech. You are from a boutique or large firm background and you are looking to join a market leading team.
