The firm
Our client is a leading immigration law practice with a sterling reputation for the technical expertise of its lawyers and ability to deliver results for its clients. Due to tremendous growth, the firm are looking for a 2+ PQE Immigration Lawyer to join the team in Melbourne.

The role
Work with a team of supportive lawyers and a friendly partner as you help an impressive client base navigate the complex world of immigration/migration law.
You
– 2+ PAE immigration lawyer with experience gained at a respected law firm.
– Experience with Employer visas – Subclass 482 TSS, Subclass 186 ENS and Subclass 494 SESR visas.
– Experience with skills assessments – Vet assess professional and trade occupations, Australian Computer Society (ACS), ANMAC, Engineers Australia, AASW and AITSL.
– Experience with Labour Agreements would be advantageous but not essential.
– Experience with Skill Select 189, 190 and 491 advantageous but not essential
– Leap Migration Manager experience – an advantage but not essential
