NEW ROLE to market; potential for GC in future; Greenfields position; initial reverse secondments into two panel law firms; Syd CBD; SA/SC/Partner;

Skills & responsibilities

You will be a Banking & Financial Services Lawyer at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level who would like to move in-house.

This exciting new role

Will see you be the only Senior Legal Counsel in this Greenfields position with a role that involves transactional, advice and compliance. 

Your experience has been managing loan and security documents used in a business lending environment.  And as such, you will have familiarity with the general regulatory framework for commercial lenders in Australia – ASIC Act, Corporations Act, Privacy Act, PPSA and the Banking Code of Practice.


Work closely with two panel law firms, and enjoy a reverse secondment in each – hence utilising your relationship building skills and commercial approach.
