The business

Our client is a very large and well respected charity operating nationally. It offers a once in a career chance for a mid-level level lawyer to work closely with the General Counsel as it continues to expand. Add some meaning to your life as you use your legal skills to benefit others.

The Role


This role will see you add value to the business and improve the lives of its large number of clients, and have you dealing with a range of people in the organisation, from the GM down. Areas of work include contracts, acquisitions, IP, some property, regulatory issues, some litigation, governance and Board issues.

About You

As a self-starter who is results oriented, you will have the following:

  • 3-8 years experience across a range of relevant commercial areas
  • Strong post admission experience gained within a respected firm or in house team
  • The ability to work effectively within the charity and externally
  • A desire to contribute to the community, and a healthy sense of humour
