Counterparts are mainly large law firms, and you will enjoy working in small friendly and flexible teams. These broad roles will provide autonomy with support. You will work closely with a ex-top tier, down to earth, respected Managing Principals and a broad range of stakeholders, and provide advice and assistance in relation to varied groups.

You will be involved amongst many other things in general commercial work, drafting and reviewing and negotiating major commercial agreements, tenders, and advices. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in some acquisitions and disposals, employment law, IT, litigation and other areas.

You will be dealing with sensitive and complex issues and providing strategic advice on interesting legal, legislative and policy issues and proposals. Your role will also involve managing external lawyers.

The ideal candidates will be motivated team players, great communicators with excellent technical, time management and project management skills. You will also be a self-starter, capable of forming strong relationships with the legal teams and your business customers and stakeholders.
