Skills & responsibilities
You will be a Partner and/or Senior Associate and/or Associate and/or a lawyer in the Commercial & Insolvency litigation space.
You will specialise in restructuring & insolvency and routinely act for banks, insolvency practitioners and creditors in relation to liquidations, voluntary administrations, receiverships and bankruptcies.
This exciting new role
Your new Commercial & Insolvency team is a dynamic and growing practice, with a high quality portfolio of clients and strong pipeline of incoming work. Currently the team is made up of a Partner, a Senior Consultant, 1 Associate and 1 junior lawyer.
You should have experience and capability (or at least a willingness) to do both commercial and insolvency work. The Commercial & Insolvency team covers transactional, advisory and dispute-based work.
