The Firm

Due to tremendous growth, the insurance group are looking for a driven lawyer to join the team.
The Role
- Work on the instructions of insurers and undertake regulatory investigations in relation to statutory breaches for indictable criminal offenses
- Undertake WorkSafe investigations for people who are seriously injured at work
- Environment protection work i.e. dealing with spills, fires, run off industry offences, any criminal offenses under the Act
- ASIC matters, consumer protection matters from the ACCC.
You
You will be an Associate/Senior Associate with:
- 3-5 years of post-admission experience
- experience in criminal law, statutory liability, investigations, and/or prosecutions
- strong communication skills
- the ability to build strong client relationships with a focus on client service;
- an enthusiastic and pragmatic approach.
Experience in insurance is not essential in this role.
