About Our Firm
Our boutique law firm provides legal advice in a wide range of areas including Commercial, Construction, Property and Conveyancing, Taxation, Wills and Estates and Criminal law.

The firm is looking to expand and is looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PAE.

Given the wide scope of our practice, our clients are diverse: from high net wealth individuals, to international investors and domestic and international corporations.

About the role
We are searching for proficient, self-motivated, dynamic and well-organised solicitors with strong demonstrated post-admission experience in Commercial Disputes, Litigation and/or Criminal Law. The right candidate must have the following attributes:
• a strong academic transcript
• strong technical skills
• motivation and produce high-quality legal work
• a desire to work in multiple areas of the law including Criminal law, Litigation, Construction and Property law, Corporate and Commercial law, Tax and Estate Planning.
• ability to apply the law in complex matters, and think strategically outside the box
• outstanding time management skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines, impressive organisational skills, a keen eye for research and high attention to detail
• be flexible, reliable, and trustworthy with exceptional communication skills
• proven ability to autonomously run your own files from start to finish
• be flexible in work hours
• a great attitude

Skills and experience
The successful candidate will have experience working in a commercial law firm, ideally with litigation experience, where they have demonstrated an ability to undertake the following at a high standard:
• drafting court documents, chronologies and observations
• reviewing court documents and understanding court procedure
• drafting internal and/or external correspondence
• excellent written and verbal communication skills along with sound attention to detail
• adopting a flexible, reliable and trustworthy approach with an ability to develop strong client relationships
• excellent interpersonal and time-management skills, managing multiple tasks, large volume of files and working to deadlines.
