Skills & experience

You will be a Public Administrative Law Litigation Lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level (preferrably the latter).

Your new role

As part of the Government & Administrative Law team Nationally, you will enjoy a collaborative approach to your learning and development.  Advise and represent Commonwealth Officers, Departments and agencies on sound decision-making procedures, statutory interpretation, policy development and access to information. 
  
Provide volume litigation services to public and government clients across a range of judicial and merits review matters.
