About this role…
This is an exciting new opportunity in their Melbourne office and part of their continued growth strategy nationally. As the first senior Property Lawyer appointment for the Melbourne office, this role is ready to make your own! You will be advising existing national clients of the firm (including government panels) whilst also building your own client base with their support, network and contacts.
As the Property law expert for the Melbourne office it is envisaged that this role will also foster the further growth & development of both existing & new staff. You will be joining a highly experienced and professional team of specialists with dedicated support & excellent resources.
About the ‘ideal’ candidate…
It is envisaged that you will have a min. of 7 Yrs PQE including:-
- Demonstrated expertise across a broad range of property matters that may include commercial/residential sales/acquisitions, large-scale developments incl. off the plan; subdivisions; leasing; planning & environment/local government, infrastructure projects; building/construction; disputes; & financial issues -loan/security etc.
- Confidence & enjoy being part of and/or initiating business development activities;
- Ability to pro-actively drive, prioritise & deliver desired outcomes for external & internal clients.
