Job Description

Does statutory work for the coal mining industry interest you? Undertake work injury damages; act for a few insurers as well as NSW Govt Departments;

Skills & experience

You will be a workers’ compensation lawyer at the Associate or Senior Associate level who has Defendant workers’ compensation experience.

The role

Will see you report to one Partner who undertakes coal mine work and provide advice to a few insurers and NSW Government Departments including Health, Education and emergency services including NSW Police, Fire & Ambulance. 

You will be involved in several jurisdictions including the Workers’ Compensation Commission and the District Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and High Court.
